Pancake Day is getting a makeover thanks to Bill’s Restaurants who will be celebrating this year by turning Pancake Day into Glamcake Day with a dream menu of pancakes inspired by glamorous, classic cocktails.
Enjoy a pancake party at Bill’s Restaurants with both cocktail inspired and non-alcoholic pancake recipes including the Bramble Mojito, and Amaretto Sour, as well as the more classic Caramelised Lemon & Sugar and Caramalised Banana with Salted Caramel Ice Cream.
In honour of Glamcake Day, Stylist has teamed up with Bill’s to give our readers the chance to win a vintage drinks trolley, personally selected by Bill’s founder and interior designer himself, Bill Collison, alongside a £25 gift card. Nine runners-up winners will also receive a £25 Bill’s gift card.
Bill’s Glamcake Day menu will be available all day from 6 - 13 February.
