The #WhitbyThankYouWeekend coordinated by Welcome to Whitby is a volunteer organisation and the offers are provided as a free thank you to NHS workers on the front line of the battle against Covid-19. Although we are suffering significant financial loss we believe that we should do something tangible to offer our thanks. We acknowledge that there are many other key workers making huge sacrifices, and much as we would love to, we cannot accommodate everyone and this initiative is our way of thanking the people directly on Covid-19 wards and in ITU/ICU.
NHS Weekend - Apply/nominate
If you have been working on a Covid-19 ward or in ICU and you would like to come to Whitby for a free weekend on 2nd / 3rd October, please apply or nominate here.
Applications/nominations close on 31st July 2020 and successful applicants/nominees will be contacted by email with further details regarding the offer and how to make the final booking .
