In all fairness most of the reviews on Amazon appear to be from people not happy with a lot of scratches and scuffs ; That one also being a refurb model . One dude complaining that it isnt a touch screen chromebook with no play store !! 
colincoldo Thanks for your reply. You are correct that some are complaining about condition but also: Poor battery life, overheating, parts missing, running slow, not Microsoft certified etc.

Check the small print...
Grade B Refurbished: This product is refurbished and is in a fully operational condition. The Laptop might have some minor scratches which will not affect the working of the machine. The unit has been tested, cleaned, checked and configured so that everything is according to the expected standard
Just remember - this isnt a windows laptop - its CHROME OS, so not many common games unless they are android derived.
