The trick with these is to put them in the oven 15 minutes before you put the pizza on them otherwise the pizza sticks to them and the bottom wont cook.
They actually get better with use - keep em in your oven even when you are not cooking on it and it will harden up and become "seasoned" a bit like a wok!
Most people just bung the pizza on top , stick it in the oven and wonder why the pizza bottom is still soggy, sticks to the stone or not cooked properly.
