Lots of conflicting information about the spec, is it dual core or quad core and at no point do they state which CPU you get. Then they show this which clearly shows fans but state fanless. I think we can safely assume if its a Celeron especially dual core it likely doesn't have fans though. Reviews seem positive but its a bit of a lucky dip it seems what you will actually get. You may need to debloat the operating system and be careful with settings to get decent speed out of this.
