I think it's a good price compared to some I've been seeing online. Even in the paper there is an offer for masks that look the same as these but they are £19.99 for 20 I've even seen single ones going for £3.49 in a shop. I've ordered some and I'm very thankful for the share
GMAN hi thanks for sharing and for offer of larger amounts. I've ordered some black washable ones off gogroopie so I should be ok with them and these but again thank you
The black washable ones from go groupie dont wash well. All the edges fray after one wash so were useless MichelleWelch
KerryDickins517 ah never, I was a bit dubious but decided to give them a try as I've got none and if it's becoming compulsive to wear them to supermarkets i thought I'd better get some. I'll just wash them really carefully and see how it goes. Thanks for the heads up, much appreciated
Was going to order but reviews saying that they came loose not separately sealed so not hygienic will pass
tarted going out , we really need this. Will place an order. Great find. Thanks for posting this deal
Remember these masks will not protect the wearer (so certificates /standards are not relevant ) . They protect others from whatever the wearer may exhale , hence why such masks (or a face covering ) will probably soon be required (rather than advised ) on public transport etc.
Leave the certified clinical grade ones to the NHS and Care workers , these or a scarf etc will be fine to be seen to be observing any rules that may be brought in particularly when the recommended social distance measure is reduced to 1 or 1.5 metres as seems likely .
Face masks don't protect you from viruses, but they do help to protect others whenever you sneeze or cough. So they are a good idea in that respect.
What level of protection do they offer? FFP1, FFP2 or FFP3? The NHS Staff are only allowed to use FFP3.
Great price for 20, i might buy for some key workers as they are limited and a lot without masks :-(. Thanks for sharing
These will not protect your "Key workers" ! They will potentially protect those that the Key workers come into contact with .
Folks should really educate themselves on the difference between clinical masks and dust masks (which these effectively are despite the misleading name) .
A good item for protecting others from the wearers sniffs and sneezes (now at a less extortionate price ) but will not protect the wearer at all . Could even be dangerous to the wearer if not used and disposed of correctly.
These have finally gone down in price. I have started making my own but it is nice to have some disposable ones as well.
I will probably order these thats not a bad price. Ordered the same thing from wish 8 weeks ago and still waiting
I think you could find cheaper but this is still a great price and will come in handy especially right now. Stay safe everyone x
