The Minus 33 recipes remove the use of refined sugars (alcohol has almost twice as many calories gram for gram as sugar) in favour of naturally sweet botanicals and flavours that are bursting with flavour.
The result is a range of juniper-infused spirits with around one third less calories than many of the other household gin brands. This slightly reduced percentage of alcohol means it’s not 'legally' a spirits - so just call us rebels.
