Risotto di mare, carnaroli rice risotto, salmon, sea bass, prawns, clams, muscles, squid with fresh chilli, butter and parsley

Pappardelle al ragu, handmade wide ribbon pasta, slow cooked beef in red wine and tomato sauce

Coscia di pollo alla griglia, grilled marinated chicken leg with castellucio lentils, braised Swiss chard, chilli and mint dressing

Stormato di ricotta e spinach, baked ricotta cheese soufflé with Italian spinach, cream, egg and parmesan with Italian salad leaves

Trota di mare, roasted sea trout fillet with grilled marinated aubergines, zucchini, red peppers, basil, datterini tomatoes, capers and black olives
