APP technology: The APP allows you to lock the E/scooter and review trip information such as total distance or last journey along with battery information and of course the lights. Override 25kmph to 31kmph

I would like to have one of these but the law for where you can ride them is confusing me. When I see them for sale, it says that they can not be used on roads and pavements but I see plenty of people using them on the roads and pavements in London 
Have been tempted to get one of these for my commute not a massive discount but still decent

Still amazes me that they are being sold. Has the legislation changed or is it still only on private land unless rented from proper company and you should be wearing protective helmet etc?
These should be actively encouraged, not discouraged, these do not pollute, these scooters get a person to leave their car in the driveway and commuting/shopping are a more pleasant experience.
Buy cheap buy again, id avoid this cheap tat
I had a AOVO one and the board blew in 2 months, buy a decent brand for abit more money
