How do you cancel subscription last one I was in they didn't cancel. I got bank to refund all my subscriptions

I've been trying to get this offer, but I think it only works on credit cards, rather than debit cards. They don't accept PayPal either, which is annoying. Haven't been able to redeem this myself because of this. Looks like a good offer though.
