Good price at £2.25, down from £3.25 for 4x380ml. Great energy boost - I like that it's sugar‑free with added vitamin B3 and lemon and red‑berry flavour.

Consumer how does it boost your energy, when it's sugar free?

Zcaprd7 👋 B vitamins help produce energy in different ways. Vitamin B3 converts food into energy = natural energy boost. It's a better way to maintain steady energy levels. Sugar can give a quick energy boost but then you often crash, leaving you tired.

Consumer aha, so there's no caffeine or taurine red bull stuff? It's odd, I think they sponsor the FA, but my lad's football team have banned lucozade

Zcaprd7 I get the ban - none of these energy drinks are healthy but they do serve a purpose. This does contain caffeine, which I think is OK for adults for an occasional quick boost if exerting yourself. Ultimately, it's definitely better to rely on B vitamins from food or supplements 😃

Consumer yeah, but a sugary hit before and during a half time of a football is probably okay?

Zcaprd7 Likely OK but like most things, some people handle it better than others. As we get sugar (natural and processed) from food/drinks every day, I would just be careful of the amount and choose natural where possible 😀 This NHS link is useful: https://www.nhs.uk/live-well/eat-well/food-types/how-does-sugar-in-our-diet-affect-our-health/
