The camera shoots in 4K at 25fps and records videos in 2.7K with 30fps. It also has a 14MP image resolution, which makes it a great deal compared to many recent action cameras postings on Amazon. Many of these cameras have image sensors of only between 1.3 and 4 megapixels and use an inferior chipset, whilst also being more expensive.
It creates decent 1080p 60fps video with basic image stabilisation. Plus, the same CMOS sensor has been used in fairly high end Panasonic Lumix cameras of a few years ago and is typically found in mid-range action cameras.
It also comes with a wireless remote controller and a waterproof case, allowing you to both conveniently control the camera and take pictures and videos of any water sports.

Just wanted to thank you for the heads up on the deal and to let you know that it's been shared! 
Nice to see it listed. This camera does it best work for still images (14MP) or 1080p 60fps. The 4k mode and 2.7k modes probably lack image stabilisation and the 4k is likely upscaled. 2.7k is likely the best resolution if you want high quality video and don't need stabilisation. Stabilisation always works best with a high frame rate as it means there is less difference between each frame so less processing to do. Also image stabilisation works by cropping the frame, frame by frame so easier to do if the output resolution is 1080p it gives you more area to crop if the sensor is 14mp. The high quality Panasonic image sensor is the best feature of this action camera.
Also the image from the chat thread is exactly what you get with the camera. I.e. you do get a separate charger, lens cloth and bag but you don't get general action camera accessories like bike mounts etc.
