There's a review here;
It's a Sunplus V39 chipset with a 12MP Sony sensor. The 4k60 is fake its upscaled 1080p60 and the 4k30 seems to be geniune but fairly poor performance. Any image resolution over 12MP will be upscaled. I think the sensor is 12MP 4:3 so if the 12MP resolution is 16:9 then that will be upscaled too although its likely to be 4:3 I guess and true. Based on the chipset and sensor I'd value the camera at about £40-50. It's slightly above entry level. I posted a Sunplus V35 action camera recently and that has a 14MP Panasonic sensor so capable of better stills but a weaker chipset so inferior stabilisation and no 4k30 but true 1080p60. That Shoot camera is £19.99. The bitrate on that camera is about 18 megabits in 1920x1080p but I think the video review said this one was up around 36 megabits so significantly better 1080p performance than the Shoot action camera except that camera has a better sensor so may catch more detail but cannot encode as much detail as this action camera which has a stronger chipset and much better stabilisation.
I would view this action camera as really a decent 1080p action camera, the 4k60 is fake and the 4k30 is fairly poor quality.
