As ever with such cameras despite looking like an adult camera it is just a toy camera with a fake description. It won't be 64MP that is just upscaled. Likely a 12MP sensor if it can do true 4K video although many such cameras upscale video too but that takes more processing so I would expect this to be 12MP or 16MP. It won't be 64MP. Digital zoom is not real zoom it just crops the image. £40 is enough to get a real secondhand digital camera from a Japanese brand. That will have real features, real zoom etc.. As you can imagine the way this scam works is no one can display 64MP anyway to show its fake. Most people only have access to 4K displays which requires around a 12MP sensor so they never know the 64MP is fake but spend a little time looking at the image zooming in and you will find there is no real detail there beyond maybe 12MP.
