i was refunded my money back on this deal and found another deal for 74p x 50 the only reason i reordered was i did not want to disappoint my granddaughter???
I have no idea why you were refunded and I'm sorry you were. If they're refunding then I'll expire the deal. Thanks for letting me know.
HI AFTER YOUR COMMENT I DECIDED TO LOOK AT IT MORE CLOSELY ?it was the seller who cancelled the order ? and i decided to check my bank statement ? i ordered 2 lots of the button holes they took the money out? but never sent me any credit back ?its not much but if the seller does this all the time he would be a rich man ?because it was a cancelled order there are no boxes to tick to say it was late or never came ?spent a hour trying to find a place to report it and found nothing for a refund or to explain ?? did everyone get there buttons ? and do you think i should pursue this order to see if it was a scam or a mistake ???thank you
If you never received the money back then I'd recommend contacting Amazon. Whenever I've had orders cancelled I always got the money back within a few days.
hi tried but because they cancelled there are no boxes to make a remark ?if the parcel was late or never came i could make a comment ? yesterday i found a email in my spam from the same company and i made a comment on there site explaining there was no refund after the seller cancelled the order i looked in my bank account and they never refunded ? i suppose i could inform the bank but i feel ashamed it less than a pound ? just keep your eye out on this seller it might be a mistake but i find if the deal is to good to be true it is ? this is not your fault everyone loves a deal?
On orders I've had cancelled I can still "File/view claim" on them and contact seller under the "My Orders" page. Not sure why that option isn't available to you. If you click on the name of the seller you should be able to contact them that way too, or at least I'm able to on sellers I've had items refunded from before. Maybe you'd be able to contact them there? I'm sorry this has left you out of pocket.
HI please dont worry not your fault ? i found a old email and tried from there and i got a reply telling my order was cancelled and no money was taken out of my account ? but it was taken out ?i gave the order number etc but they have not returned my email ? i have been done about 3 times now on ebay i had a order from same place ? they split my order in 2 parts ? first parcel came but the invoice was for the other part weeks went by made enquiries ?they said they would look into it ? but in the meantime would i rate the goods i did receive ? gave them full marks ?and waited and put in a claim to ebay after hours on the phone ? the seller claimed i signed for the goods and showed my original order before they split the order and claimed i signed and gave them high marks ? the situation then turned on me because it looked as if i was trying to put a false claim in it was only looking at the sellers bad rating the same thing happened to another customer but he never rated when was asked and that left it open for him to down the company later on ? i was £20 down and i moved to amazon ? it was months later i started to get deals and vouchers of ebay to start shopping gain ? hope that explains why i hate getting conned ? its not the money take care
I'm sorry that happened to you on ebay as well. Maybe someone will eventually get back to you about it. Not sure why they'd claim no money was taken when it was. I hope you can get the situation sorted out.
