Click the link and you will be sent a discount code which you then need to apply on the Day Out With The Kids website and create an account. The Day Out With The Kids membership is an ongoing subscription service, so your membership is continuous and renews automatically. Your membership will auto-renew six calendar months from the date of your sign up for £19.99 for a 6 month membership. Your renewal date and subscription type is displayed under the "My Account" section when logged in to https://members.dayoutwiththekids.co.uk. Please make yourself aware of your renewal date, as Day Out With The Kids do not send out subscription renewal reminders. After the initial 6-month free period, you can change the duration of your subscription to one of our alternative plans including monthly or annual access by visiting the 'My Account' section. Please ensure any alterations to your subscription are actioned BEFORE your renewal date.
If you would like to cancel your membership, you must visit https://members.dayoutwiththekids.co.uk/my-account and follow the "Cancel Subscription" link under the "My Subscription" section. If you have any issues with this process, please email us at membership@dayoutwiththekids.co.uk. Day Out With The Kids will respond with an email confirming your membership cancellation. Your cancellation will be actioned on the same day and the use of your membership incentives will be removed immediately. You will therefore no longer have access to your membership effective immediately.
