Beware of “special price”
Signed up under a deal with http://latestdeals.co.uk for £17.15 for a years membership. Unfortunately though I’ve been charged £52.44 instead. Contacted the support team who you’ve guessed it, can’t support me! Have had no help from anyone except they’re aware of an issue. All I want now is the subscription cancelled and refunded in full. The product isn’t actually that bad however if this is what their customer service is like, I’d rather not bother! Dire experience and who knows when I’ll get my money back! Will contact my bank who I’m sure will be able to help
KatieBagsh67102 A Review that I found on TrustPilot. It seems that it is relatively simple to cancel before your 1 year is up, if you forget and get charged, they are little help.
