These are great however, some places are a little run down. If you find a good place, stick with it because we didn't and we were disappointed.

Can I ask is it really much cheaper when you consider room supplements? States you have to pick 4 different ones so may not get your first choice?

The price is never £9.50 per person, when you add in peak / off peak charges, service charges, entertainment passes, linen hire etc it works out at around £30-£45 per person, you have to pay for 4 people even if theres only 2 of you.

Its still worth it in my opinion. When you go on the Haven website and book through them it costs a lot more.

Ive done it for the past couple of years and have really enjoyed it. We went to Marton Mere in Blackpool and will be collecting to try and get back in April for the kids birthdays.

i always mean to do this. collect all tokens once then had trouble finding somewhere close enough as we would have to travel by train. it turned out to be quite exoensive in the end. will still collct this yr and see if can arrange things differently

I always book via Break free holidays(local newspaper codes) as they'll have loads of dates where there are no extras such as service charges and entertainment..they're usually Monday to Friday deals though so may not suit everyone. I booked a few last year and cost me just £42.50 for 4 nights away
