Brilliant machine. I've had mine for over 2 years now, in use daily. For new users, I find it helps to ignore the word "fryer" from the product & treat it like a counter top fan oven that cooks food faster & at lower temps than a regular oven, saving money. I've baked cakes & pies in mine, (small) pizza as well as the usual oven stuff. The only downside is that with the model 480001 you don't get the grill pan & cake tin included as standard like you do with the 480002 which I have - but you can buy them as accessories direct from Morphy Richards.
