Trigger Point Foam Rollers are lightweight cylinders covered in EVA foam in a grid pattern that can be used to apply pressure to your muscles. We’ve designed our roller to have three different textures to help you use it for rehab, recovery, and fitness improvement. The hexagonal knobs and finger shaped ridges can be used to apply different levels of pressure to your muscles whilst the flat sections at each end make it more comfortable to handle and to lean on during exercises.
