If you have room to store this, then I'd say buy a pack. Another possible dreaded lock-down for us all may just be round the corner and at least you will have your own stock of loo-roll so no stress on that score.
I bought some of these on the last deal you shared. Only 170 sheets per roll compared to 220 sheets on the loo roll I normally buy. I’m too tired to work out if this is a good deal or not 
A much better way to compare value is to look at how much paper you are actually buying for your money, by referring to the weight per toilet roll, not the number of sheets, as paper thickness and sheet size vary between brands.
