This is native 1080p and that really should be the minimum resolution to get nowadays unless you are paying less than £20 for the projector. I've found projectors to have such varied pricing for the same model so be careful. Use google lens to find the same projector sold other places and of course look at comparable models. It really doesn't look like a projector ever worth £200 so that is false advertising and marketing so the seller is clearly dishonest and manipulative. It looks fairly easy to find this at below £100 from other sellers but this might be the best price currently.
300 ANSI stands out as a low point of the spec as some competing and cheaper native 1080p projectors claim up to 650 ANSI. If you have a 100" image/screen that would be equal to about 100 nits for 300 ANSI and 216 nits for 650 ANSI but of course these type of products are not honest and their true brightness may vary dramatically mostly far less. This is definitely not a projector for a bright room. A modern budget smart tv might be around 350 nits. A high end model perhaps 600-800 nits or more.
