Cooking Guidelines

Barbecue - From Chilled :

BBQ Grill, oven cook or air-fry as suggested, then transfer immediately onto a barbecue and cook until browned, turning frequently to give a chargrilled effect. Always wait for the flames to die down and the coals to turn white before cooking.

Oven cook - From Chilled :

200°C, 400°F, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 16 Mins

Preheat oven. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook.

Cooking Instructions - General :

For best results remove from fridge for up to 20 minutes prior to cooking.

Remove all packaging.

Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Air Fry - From Chilled :

Based on an air-fryer minimum capacity of 4L and per 3-4 steaks (300-400g).

200°C, 8 Mins

Preheat air-fryer for 5 minutes. Place 3 to 4 steaks flat into the air-fryer and cook. Turn steaks halfway through cooking to obtain even browning. Do not overcrowd the basket. Equipment must be cleaned after every use.

Grill - From Chilled :

Preheat the grill. Carefully place steaks on a grill rack and cook, turning halfway through
