Really? Petrol and Diesel prices have been coming down and down the past few months. I keep up to date with fuel prices and they’ve definitely lowered by at least 10p in the last few months.

Hmm, the price of oil has dropped considerably over the past few months, and they only

reduce the price by 1p (unleaded). Oil is purchased in US $, and it has been stable recently.

Every time I fill up I keep a note of the price of petrol (along with my mpg). I have this since

September 2004. The last time it was 113.7 was June 2015, having increased form 99.9 - Jan/Feb 2015. The price remained

stable just over 100p, even dropping back to 99.7 (and even 98.7) in December 2015 - March 2016. Incidentally when I first

recorded the price on 3 September 2004 it was 79.9 !!!!!
