Oven Instructions:
Electric: Temperature - 200°C | Cooking Time - 20 minutes per kg, plus 20 minutes
Fan: Temperature - 180°C | Cooking Time - 20 minutes per kg, plus 20 minutes
Gas: Temperature - Gas Mark 6 | Cooking Time - 20 minutes per kg, plus 20 minutes
Do not remove the string prior to cooking. Place joint in a roasting tin on the middle shelf of a preheated oven for the time specified above or until thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Leave joint to stand for 10 minutes. Remove string before carving.
Do not reheat. . Not suitable for cooking from frozen.
