What can I expect each month?
As a member, you can expect a surprising hipster on your doormat every month. Every 3 months, you'll receive a matching bralette as a gift. That way, your set is always complete!
Each season (3 months) features a different colour theme. All items within a season are perfectly coordinated, but you can also mix and match different seasons. You have complete control over which set you want to put together!
When will I receive my free set?
After your registration, your free set will be in your mailbox within 4-7 working days!
When will my monthly items be delivered?
You will always receive your monthly item(s) between the 17th and 23rd of the month. The hipster and bralette are shipped separately. We deliver your new underwear for free to your home, right in your mailbox. Speaking of ultimate convenience!
Do you have a notice period?
Upon receiving your free set, you can try it out for 14 days, which is your cooling-off period. If you cancel within this period, you won't be charged, and your subscription will be terminated. After the initial 14 days, we require a one-month notice period for cancellations. If you cancel before the 20th of the month, there will be one more payment and one more delivery.

I signed up for the men's equivalent offer last year...pretty sure I didn't get a free pair and it took me more than one attempt to cancel meaning I was buying really expensive underwear in the meantime.
They are unique designs, but not unusual quality. They faded and bobbled like much cheaper ones....
Even if I'd been able to cancel straight away, I would have paid £15 or whatever it was for 2prs of ordinary quality Boxers which doesn't seem worth the money and definitely wasn't worth the hassle.

This is pretty awesome. I'm very tempted to order a set, although the sizing can be quite tricky for me. But I guess as long as I cancel within 14 days, even if the set doesn't fit well, at least I wouldn't have paid for the set. Thanks for the post!
This deal is a subscription service, so although it says the underwear set is "free", it's not quite that in practice!
Total con .....DO NOT give them your bank details .A friend of mine signed up ,the underwear is paper thin and absolutely crap quality .Trying to cancel was impossible ,4 months later she's still having money taken from het bank and is in a constant battle to cancel .AVOID !!!!!!
