Brilliant thank you so much we have a similar thing with Scottish Power that costs use £5 a month which isn’t much but when they came & installed it the bloke took the almost brand new Honeywell thermostat with him. Which has trapped us with SP as the only way to change suppliers is to get a new thermostat. Fingers crossed this works & then I can look for a cheaper supplier
