Standard delivery for items up to 15KG costs £5.99.
It's not going to be 9.5kg these sort of basic steel road bikes are about 12-13kg I think. Seems to be a few issues in the text like all black tyres but tyres with white sidewalls shown. These are basic bikes fine for commuting etc but being entry level components need extra maintenance and adjustment and may wear our sooner. These won't come ready to ride you will need to do your own safety checks and adjustment before you can ride it.
