I can recommend this. I've got one in Khaki. It's surprisingly well made and robust for the price, so I've been really pleased with it.

I've had the Black one on price watch for months, waiting for a price drop.

Today's that day, so I've just ordered it.

Note that some reviewers say it's not MOLLE, whatever that means - for me it's just a belt bag for my wallet and phone. Ideal.
