The Best Vegan Cook Books
Veganuary is here once again, and it seems like more and more of us are embracing this plant-based lifestyle, and discovering a new style of cooking along the way. You can definitely get creative in the kitchen this month, and you may even find some of the vegan recipes you discover become a part of your normal weekly rotation!
There are some great recipes available for free on the BBC Good Food website (the vegan banana bread is particularly appropriate for lockdown!), but some of the most exciting and unusual recipes can be found in cookbooks.

Explore vegan takes on your favourite classics, recipes from foreign cuisines, and dreamy plant-based desserts, there are so many delicious dishes just waiting for you to try.
