It says that these are recommended for back sleepers. What type of pillow is best for somebody who sleeps mainly on their side but also on their back? Actually, I've just read that a firmer pillow is best for side sleepers, so I suppose a medium/firm if it is possible to get that combination.

It's a great price no doubt but I gave up on buying pillows online, won't buy any more pillows without trying them first. They all end up on spare rooms.
