Yes jojo they do grow from bulbs not seeds. Not sure if these are real or a fake. I've never seen any thing like it be for. My gut is telling me to say away from them. And just what I am going to do. Because i think they want your money and details.
I can’t work out of these are legit all over google it says how rare it is for rainbow/multicoloured tulips and the reviews though uninformative aren’t really full of hope. Haha I’ll leave this one though I’ll be gutted if they turn out to be legit and I’ve missed it x
I got these seeds in tiny winy envelope and I paid 15 pounds for 14 items. I wanted the money back straight away. It is looked like Scam for me. Not guarantee the flowers and I am not risking my money anymore.By the way the company wanted some just little money pay back, but I called amazo n so I got full refund back pff
