This is a very affordable blood pressure monitor at £10.00. I would definitely recommend getting one and doing regular checks. There are no symptoms of high blood pressure so devices like this can be a life saver. I check mine once a month, it's quick and these monitors are easy to use.
Everyone should have one of these but to get the best readings you need to
- Take your blood pressure at the same time every day.
- Keep your feet flat on the floor
- Wait until at least 30 minutes after eating, drinking or any form of exercise
- Take at least two readings, 1 or 2 minutes apart.
