Over 48 pages of 1 star complaints (I stopped counting at 48) mostly stating that overflows mugs, leaks, slow, noisy and inconsistent with the quantity it delivers, etc
You fail to mention that the one star reviews are vastly outnumbered with thousands of pages of 5 Star reviews. It's always best to take a balanced view, or you'd never buy anything
CC120 Poor you. Of the millions of products for sale on Amazon from over 300,000 sellers only a tiny proportion have no one star reviews, as one would expect.
I would struggle to name any 5 well known and respected brands that don’t have at least some one star reviews on Amazon. Can you?

CC120 it's a nightmare, trying to find a cup that's the right size, the constant leaking, the light went within 2 months too I want a normal kettle back lol
ZoeHunter82530 Thank you Zoe. Just what I'm trying to alert prospective buyers about. That is, they may be lucky and have no problems but the amount of people complaining point to high possibility of problems and having to return. Better to avoid the hassle and find a better prospect.

For good reason.
I think you will be hard-pressed to find a 'better prospect' for the £32 price.
