Brooks Country House sits four miles from Ross-on-Wye, not far from the cathedral city of Hereford. You can easily access the M50 from here, and it’s only an hour from Birmingham, Cardiff and Bristol. Drive to London in around two and a half hours, while half an hour away, you'll find Hay-on-Wye, famous for its literary festival.
Cheltenham Race Course is also only 30 minutes away. Those after more rural pursuits can indulge in canoeing and cycling in the Wye Valley or hike along the Herefordshire Trail. Other local attractions include Goodrich Castle and the pretty village of Symonds Yat.
