I did exante about 6 years ago and lost a couple of stone. Tried it again about 4 years ago but couldn’t stomach the meals. These look like new shakes/ meal replacements. Does anyone know if they have improved in recent years?

rf83 At the beginning of the year I was tempted to try them myself - blooming lockdown had other consequence for some of us......
but I managed to shift the excess with some serious exercise. I have a friend who swears by the meal sachets but only ever does it for a two week stint, until her appetite shrinks, and then returns to some sensible eating. Hopefully, someone else will leave their comments here to help you.
