mixmixi See id like japanese ports if I could understand the language. Otherwise i would have ordered persona 5 months ago.

Gamerofgames If you want to get the English version, you need to pay triples times more. Better to work on your language skills, I heard the game is not complicated to understand anyway. 😜

mixmixi i always thought my watching of anime would eventually make me learn japanese but about all i know are some slight insults. Its definitely something ive always been interested in learning but Ive never put the time into actually doing it.

Gamerofgames Well that is progress, isn't it? LOL I've got a neighbour who is very keen on learning JP and he spend hours practising everyday. Maybe that is something you should do as well?

I've got the Halifax Clarity card and it's really good though the Aqua Reward card seems to be a better choice, no fees and all that but as a bonus you get cashback with each purchase.

Gamerofgames looks to be a fan of visual novel so suppose this game is one of those too, right? 😛

The other day I looked up "Are visual novels actually games" and technically they are but for me they just aren't, it's like reading a digital book with video game / anime graphics.

Yep you are right im a massive visual novel fan. i think you are right for the most part about them not being games but it kind of depends on which one. Theres some like Steins Gate which are literally just books with some vague choices here and there which changes what endings you get but theres some like danganronpa which id argue are games as you actuallu are involved in the courtroom debates and you investigate crime scenes and stuff. Its kind of how telltale games could be argued as cinematic experiences instead of games.

Gamerofgames I loved Telltale's Walking Dead Season 1 and while it didn't have too much gameplay it still felt like a video game with a solid story, loved the ending can't beat that. I've noticed Telltale's released a ton of Walking Dead stuff nowadays and I just can't keep up with that, heck, I'll just leave it be at Season 1 and pretend that was where it all ended. 😛

By the way, a few years ago I played a Japanese demo (on Xbox 360 -- the cover looked cool) which was loaded with text and now I realise that was a visual novel! I was always waiting for gameplay to happen and it never did. xD

Rockman haha yeah thats the problem with visual novels. If you are vaguely interested in them Id recommend getting the phoenix wright trilogy on the 3DS when its on sale. The games are pretty interesting and have quite a lot of gameplay for a visual novel series.

Rockman is the ezchange rate on Aqua as good as clarity? Clarity has no fees and it always offers a very high rate. I never used the aqua one thou but I had one and closed my account. Now there's no way to get one anymore. 😢

mixmixi The exchange rate of Aqua's Reward Credit Card is done by MasterCard which can be found here so they're basically more or less offering the same services, depending which one the customer prefers.

I've been trying to use my Amex card as much as possible when buying online but it's rather very restrictive since a good lot of retailers don't accept it. Well, I made a complain/suggestion about it to Amex Customer Service and they rewarded me with £10 cashback so that's nice of them.

As you'd say, first world problems. 😛

Rockman Haha, thanks for that. I was never accepted for Amex but have 5 credit cards for different applications ATM. I had the aqua but closed the account years ago and never got accepted to be back after that, not sure why. I was just not using the card and that is why I closed it.
