The secret to salted caramel is all in the balance. It should be malty, not too sweet and with a precise frisson of only the best salt. This is, of course, true of all our salted caramel recipes, be they solid, molten or creamed. Here we present three of our finest, for the salted caramel lover in your life (and yes, that can be you).

2x Salted Caramel-Milk Slab Selectors Two solid caramel-milk chocolate Slabs with caramel éclat and sea salt. The crispy texture comes from hard caramel shattered into tiny pieces.

2x Salted Caramel Cream Selectors Creamed with a dash of salt; high-cacao caramel cup. We combine the two faces of caramel here: edgy with salt, and gentle with cream.

2x Salted Caramel 70% Selectors Molten caramel, pinch of sea salt, sealed in our signature smooth, elegantly balanced 70% dark chocolate. The minidome shape gives the perfect chocolate to filling ratio of 1:1.
