Bought this for my daughter for a Christmas present as she always goes crazy when ever I get my Henry hoover out. Within minutes a little piece at the back where you take out the block to empty the dust and crumbs come off which is a chocking hazard, the main hoover pad connection had snapped and also the tubes are very loose and easily comes undone.
This is disgusting product. Plastic is very thin and cheap.
Such a shame as my sons toy Henry he had couple of years ago was brilliant and was made with better quality material.
This product can no longer be used for the main purpose of use within 20 minutes of opening the present to setting up.
Would like a refund or another one to be sent out please. As this was my daughters Christmas present.'
