Glad you like it! We are still using Lakeland ones from around 20 years ago and tho I am tempted I hate waste so we'll stick with those ...boring but efficient-well reasonably efficient. P.S. now I'm desperate to know your job!
heatherduthie I'm eating more and more fish and trying hard to try new ones but it's the cooking I struggle with ...getting it just right. I've never known a filleter of fish before so LD and you have got me there ....I bet you get R.S.I. from that ... must be flippin hard work! (hey ...there was a pun there ...just realised .... or is it just dolphins with flippers
).
