If you're looking for a cheap patio set - I reckon this one fits the bill. I notice it says there is no base for the parasol, but it's easy enough to make your own with a bucket of sand or similar.

Also if you are on the large side, the chairs may be too small for you - do read the reviews! That said, this set gets excellent reviews!
