I found this on MSE, a nice round up of the cheapest places to get strawberries in-store, perhaps to go with some cheap Pimm's.
- £0.99 for strawberries at ASDA
- £1.19 for the strawberries at Lidl (find your nearest), in stores only (cream 79p)
- £1.29 for the strawberries at Aldi (find your nearest), in stores only (cream 79p)
- £1.55 for the strawberries at Tesco, in stores and online (cream 85p)
- £1.69 for the strawberries at Iceland, in stores and online (cream 84p, or 94p double cream free when you buy two packs of strawberries)
- £1.75 for the strawberries at Sainsbury's, in stores and online (cream 85p)
- £2 for the strawberries at Waitrose, in stores and online (cream 90p)
- £2 for the strawberries at Morrisons, in stores and online (cream 90p)
- 90p for 300g (not 400g) of strawberries at Asda*, in stores and online (cream 84p)

That's a great price at Asda. Hoping to go there in the next couple of days, so I'll grab some then! Thanks for sharing!
Have to make it clear whether these are 227g , 250g or 400g Punnets.
Sainsburys appear the cheapest because they sell in 250g punnets. Best value is probably Aldi at £1.89 for 400g. Lidl also good value but quality is sometimes quite poor as their produce does not carry a use by date.
