A lip-smacking spiced rum from the South West, created by the folks from The Rum & Crab Shack. This particular variation is based around the tropical flavours of coconuts, and will work wonderfully in all manner of mixed drinks. Mango, clove, runny caramel, coconut ice, a touch of lime peel.

Signature Serve - Gangreen Fingers. Ingredients: 50ml Dead Man's Fingers Coconut, 60ml Chilled Green Tea, 12.5ml Lime Juice and 10ml Sugar Syrup. Garnish: 12 Mint Leaves and 6 Cucumber Wedges.
Method: Muddle, shake and strain over crushed ice, then garnish with cucumber and mint.
