Really bad customer care, don’t reply to emails. Let’s you order stuff that isn’t in stock so then the order is not dispatched but they don’t tell you that !
Doesn't work. Says the code is valid but that there are products in my basket that aren't included.

Not heard of this brand before, but I love a good candle. The scents sound gorgeous, especially the Tropical Watermelon. Definitely gonna give that one a go.

Marlene17 have seen reviews on Amazon saying they caught fire, so I’ve been too cautious.
jpdunne1996 glad you have posted this comment as i had a kitchen fire couple of years ago so i m much more cautious now,although it was an a appliance that caused it,i even packed in smoking ****.

emmabeckz there’s photo evidence. One I saw on Amazon under the “Vanilla Coconut” candle. The other I can’t remember which scent. I know you have to defend the brand, as you’re doing a deal with them. But it’s important to have transparency so people can make their own mind up.
I compromised and purchased 10 wax melts, as it’s still a good deal, but am cautious about the fire risk with the candles, regardless of how remote the risk.
jpdunne1996 there’s isolated cases with everything you just have to be careful with candles and burners if you are cautious and follow rules and guidelines and keep them out of reach of children and don‘t put them on a flammable surface and don’t leave them unattended you’ll be fine
