• Stills: Enmore two‑column (wooden), Savalle four‑column (French) and Port Mourant double wooden pot still
• Colour & nose: rich amber with sugar, honey, banana, toffee, raisin and sultana aromas

• Production notes: traditional wooden heritage stills, long ageing in the Demerara climate; producer operates a bio‑methane plant to convert distilling waste to energy
