- Repeat fault - If you request assistance for the same fault within any 90 day period we will charge a £79 excess
- Pre-existing fault - if we or our recovery mechanic or specialist believes it is a fault that existed before the membership policy was in place, we will charge you a £79 excess
- Home Breakdown - £35 excess if you do NOT have home cover
