How To Get The Deal

When do I have to pay?
- Generic Excess - We reserve the right to charge excesses and or administration fees in various instances.
- Misfuel - if you have put the incorrect fuel in your vehicle, you will be required to pay a £69 excess.
- Repeat fault - If you request assistance for the same fault within any 90 day period we will charge a £79 excess
- Pre existing fault - if we or our recovery mechanic or specialist believes it is a fault that existed before the membership policy was in place, we will charge you a £79 excess
- Home Breakdown - £35 excess if you do NOT have home cover

They want your bank details so when the "free trial" is over, it automatically renews/charges. Same with any "free trial".
I took it out last year , you did not have to give bank details then. Did get a call from them asking if I was happy with the free cover, it did say they would contact again at the end of the cover.
KarenMassey hi You do need to give your bank details as it will automatically renew after one year but no payment will be taken this year if you have opted for the free service. You are free to cancel at anytime during the year with no change for the free service and if you do not wish to continue after the year, set a reminder to cancel the month before it's due. thanks
