I've been using one like this for years on my PC to play CDs and DVDs (and HD DVDs if you'd have any), and it has two USB ports in the rear so that's always handy.
If you were to buy this from eBay, you'd either only buy the External HD DVD Player without the cable and charger, or end up paying more to have it with the cables and charger. They think this is some valuable collectible (a seller on Amazon is trying to sell it for £100+, just insane).
