Well I don't get this one! I understand the flashing dog collars when the dog is running free in the dark specially in winter, you can see where the dog is but why on earth would you want a flashing lead?? If you are taking the dog for a walk then surely you can see where the dog is can't you?? OMG someone has completely lost the plot!!

This is a great idea. Will give drivers of cars a warning that someone is there. Great for places were they turn the street lights off.
