How do I return an item to Forever 21?

Returns Policy

• You can return your item within 28 days from the order date.
• All items must be returned unworn with original tags attached, sanitary liner (for swimwear) intact and accompanied by the original return form and customs documents (if applicable).
• Sale items may be cancelled within 14 days of the order or returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Contact their Customer Service department for damage, faulty or wrong item.
